Rain last night, clearing this morning. Things seem to be improving quickly to the North on the web cams. Already 3 degrees warmer in the upper valley.  A 4 degree gradient today. Strong inflow warning for Howe Sound early this evening. For the Spit expect 15-20 knots with stronger winds late afternoon. 12:41 PM PDT   2.22 feet  Low Tide
