Cloudy with some light rain this morning for the GVRD. No rain for the valley with humidity levels sitting at 86% this morning. Squamish and Vancouver at 66%. Satellite is showing a break in the clouds this afternoon. E.C. has a forecast of 10-20 knots for Howe Sound. Frontal winds for Vancouver and Howe sound today. Already inflowing this morning.  For the Spit expect 10-20 knots

Rain showing on all the B.C. web cams as a small system passes over. Forecast is for heavy rain and the satellite confirms. Only a 2 degree gradient today. Can expect frontal winds for Howe Sound. For the Spit gusty frontal winds 5-25 knots. Some S.W. winds for White Rock will be stronger if it clears!

Heavy clouds on the GVRD, Whistler and Squamish cams.  mostly clear on the Lillooet and Pemerton cams. E.C. calling for 10-20 knots inflow. Forecast is for a  low gradient only 4 degrees but the Satellite is showing a Low moving more S.E. which could mean a clearing. Could see a S.W. at Crescent beach!

For the Spit expect 10-20 knots 10:26 AM PDT  3.15 feet  Low Tide

Clouds on rain on almost all the B.C. cams this morning . Forecast is for below seasonal temps. Low pressure slowly sets up in central Alberta/Saskatchewan. A 1028 millibar high pressure system builds in the Pacific just West of B.C.  This should be the sign for a few days of Sun. Howe Sound clearing later this afternoon.

A 3 degree gradient and a South push from frontal winds will get things going today. For the Squamish Spit expect 10-20 knots.

Mix of everything on the B.C. web cams this morning. More Sun showing on the Howe Sound and Lillooet cams. Low temps this morning and the forecast is for below seasonal norms. Only a 2 degree gradient between Lillooet and Vancouver but the Sun showing on the Lillooet cams says different. Frontal push for Howe Sound later today. This will make for stronger gustier winds. 

For the Spit expect a cold 15-25 knots

Clouds and rain early this morning. Clearing off by Noon with on and off Sun and clouds. 4 degree gradient. Frontal winds this morning and throughout the day. For the Spit expect a cool 10-15 knots.

Mostly clear skies on all the B.C. web cams. Very clear in Lillooet with a 5 degree gradient. Strong outflows this morning for Howe Sound.
Late switch with a light start. Stronger winds later in the day, as a small front approaches.
